• Deletes provisions in s. 394.463 that authorize law enforcement to seize firearms during involuntary mental health examinations, including provisions related to firearm storage and return procedures.

• Repeals s. 790.064 entirely, which previously prohibited firearm ownership or possession until removal of certain firearm-related disabilities.

• Repeals s. 790.222, eliminating the ban on bump-fire stocks.

• Repeals s. 790.401, eliminating risk protection orders (extreme risk protection order procedures).

• Deletes the prohibition on persons younger than 21 years of age from purchasing firearms, and removes exemptions from the mandatory waiting period for rifle or shotgun purchases based on hunter safety certification or law enforcement/correctional officer status.
