Removes the $1 million lifetime maximum cap on covered expenses for children enrolled in the Florida Healthy Kids program under the Florida Kidcare program.

Amends section 409.815, Florida Statutes to eliminate the lifetime maximum benefit limitation that previously applied to health benefits coverage under sections 409.810-409.820.

Updates cross-references in the statute by redesignating paragraph (u) to reflect the removal of the lifetime maximum provisions.

Maintains that health benefits coverage may still extend additional limitations beyond minimum benefits, but agencies cannot increase premium assistance payments based on providing additional benefits or imposing less restrictive service limitations (except for the Children's Medical Services Network).

Takes effect upon becoming law.
