Eliminates the mandatory 24-hour waiting period before an abortion procedure can be performed in Florida

Removes restrictions that prohibited state agencies, local governments, and Medicaid managed care plans from funding or contracting with organizations that operate clinics performing abortions

Removes the requirement that the Agency for Health Care Administration inspect at least 50 percent of patient records during abortion clinic licensure inspections
