Appropriates $10 million from the General Revenue Fund to the Attorney General to compensate direct descendants of individuals killed, injured, or victimized by the November 2, 1920 Ocoee Election Day riots.

Requires eligible applicants to submit compensation applications to the Attorney General by December 31, 2020, with a maximum award of $150,000 per individual victim; compensation shall be prorated if multiple descendants claim on behalf of the same victim.

Mandates the Department of Law Enforcement investigate the 1920 Ocoee crimes and report findings to the Legislature.

Limits attorney fees to 25 percent of the amount awarded under the act and establishes the compensation as sole remedy for all present and future claims arising from the 1920 riots.

Requires the Attorney General to provide reasonable notice of compensation availability through website postings and other means; unused appropriated funds revert to the General Revenue Fund.
