Logan Grant suffered severe traumatic brain injury, extensive facial fractures, and permanent impairments including left hemiparesis, with estimated future medical costs of $6,702,555 and past medical bills exceeding $310,000

Denard Maybin Jr. sustained severe traumatic brain injury requiring surgery and rehabilitation, with estimated future medical costs of $5,773,129 and past medical bills exceeding $175,000; both he and Logan Grant are expected to be unable to live independently as adults

Lanard Maybin suffered head injury, facial laceration requiring surgery, and was later diagnosed with PTSD and neurocognitive difficulties, with past medical bills of $35,584.16

Limits attorney fees to $1,800,000, lobbying fees to $450,000, and costs to $15,603.17; combined with the $285,000 already paid under statutory limits, this satisfies the $18 million settlement agreement and resolves all present and future claims
