Amends section 895.06, Florida Statutes, to remove the scheduled repeal date of a public records exemption for documents and information held by investigative agencies conducting RICO Act investigations.

Eliminates the October 2, 2020 sunset date that would have repealed the exemption unless the Legislature voted to save it through reenactment.

Maintains the existing public records exemption for civil investigative subpoena materials related to activities prohibited under the Florida RICO Act.

Takes effect October 1, 2020.
