Removes the scheduled October 2, 2020 repeal date for public records and public meetings exemptions under Section 383.412, Florida Statutes, making these exemptions permanent

Maintains confidentiality protections for identifying information about surviving siblings of children who died from verified abuse or neglect, as well as deceased children whose deaths were reported but not determined to be abuse-related

Continues exempting from public meetings requirements any portions of State or local Child Abuse Death Review Committee meetings where confidential information is discussed, though closed sessions must be recorded

Preserves authorization for committees to share confidential information with each other, governmental agencies, and Department of Health-authorized researchers who sign privacy agreements
