Terminates the Public Defenders Revenue Trust Fund (FLAIR number 20-2-059) within the Justice Administrative Commission, effective July 1, 2020

Transfers all remaining balances and revenues from the terminated fund to the Indigent Criminal Defense Trust Fund within the Justice Administrative Commission

Requires the Justice Administrative Commission to pay outstanding debts and obligations, while the Chief Financial Officer closes out the fund from state accounting systems

Redirects the $1.67 portion of the $10 Article V assessment on traffic violations (previously deposited in the Public Defenders Revenue Trust Fund) to the Indigent Criminal Defense Trust Fund

Redirects $250 of the $1,001 surcharge imposed for criminal use of personal identification information convictions from the Public Defenders Revenue Trust Fund to the Indigent Criminal Defense Trust Fund
