Public postsecondary institutions must provide written notification to the Governor, Senate President, and House Speaker before entering commercial sponsorship contracts of $1 million or more for marketing at athletic facilities

Requirement applies to non-philanthropic commercial sponsorships and covers agreements made by institutions or their direct-support organizations

If any of the three notified officials submit a written objection within 30 days, legislative authorization becomes required to proceed with the sponsorship

Creates new Section 1004.098, Florida Statutes
