Removes the scheduled October 2, 2020 sunset repeal date for the public records exemption covering animal medical records held by state veterinary colleges accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association Council on Education

Animal medical records remain confidential and exempt from public disclosure, including records related to diagnosing conditions, prescribing treatments, and procedures for pregnancy/fertility

Exemption also covers medical records transferred from previous owners during official business transactions with accredited state veterinary colleges

Confidential records may still be disclosed to other governmental entities performing their official duties
