Provides $100,000 compensation to each eligible former employee who demonstrates personal injuries and damages from excessive, persistent, and prolonged arsenic exposure resulting from the company's work environment and the state agencies' failure to enforce workplace safety measures.

Directs the Department of Health to collaborate with the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health to develop data on arsenic exposure levels, duration, and frequency for all former Wood Treaters employees to assess health risks.

Limits attorney fees related to this claim to a maximum of 25 percent of the total amount awarded and designates the compensation as the sole remedy for all present and future claims arising from this situation.
