Maintains retroactive Medicaid payments for eligible children and pregnant women for up to 90 days before their application submission date

Maintains retroactive Medicaid payments for eligible nonpregnant adults only to the first day of the month in which they apply

Corrects a minor grammatical error in the statute (changing "to" to "for" regarding Medicaid-covered services)

Takes effect July 1, 2020
