Amends Florida's comprehensive health education curriculum to require instruction on the dangers and signs of human trafficking in public schools.

Human trafficking education must include recognition of trafficking signs, awareness of national, state, and local resources, and strategies to reduce trafficking risk.

Requires curriculum to address substance abuse prevention, healthy boundary-setting techniques, and information on how social media and mobile applications are used for human trafficking.

Applies to health education curriculum for students in grades 7 through 12 alongside existing requirements for teen dating violence and abuse instruction.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
