Extends the Early Childhood Music Education Incentive Pilot Program expiration date from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2022

Revises eligibility requirements to allow school districts to certify that "specified elementary schools" rather than "each elementary school" have established comprehensive music education programs for kindergarten through grade 2

Requires University of Florida's College of Education to collaborate with Florida International University's School of Music in evaluating the pilot program's effectiveness on student academic performance

Mandates that evaluation results be shared with the Florida Center for Partnerships for Arts-Integrated Teaching upon completion

Maintains existing pilot program funding of $150 per full-time equivalent student in kindergarten through grade 2 enrolled in comprehensive music education programs
