Extends Medicaid eligibility to adults described in 42 U.S.C. § 1396a(a)(10)(A)(i)(VIII), which refers to the Affordable Care Act's Medicaid expansion population (adults under age 65 with income up to 133% of the federal poverty level)

Adds this expanded eligibility category to Florida's optional Medicaid payments under section 409.904, Florida Statutes

Payment for newly eligible individuals remains subject to available funding and limitations in the General Appropriations Act

Effective date of July 1, 2020
