Creates section 456.064 of Florida Statutes to define and regulate conversion therapy practices in the state

Defines "conversion therapy" as any practice or treatment intended to change sexual orientation, behavior, gender identity, gender expression, or reduce same-gender attraction or romantic feelings

Prohibits licensed medical practitioners, osteopathic physicians, psychologists, clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, and mental health counselors from practicing conversion therapy on individuals under 18 years of age

Subjects licensed professionals who practice, perform, or attempt to perform conversion therapy on minors to disciplinary proceedings by the Department of Health and appropriate licensing boards

Carves out exemptions for professional counseling that supports gender transition or provides acceptance and identity exploration without the goal of changing sexual orientation or gender identity
