Removes the lifetime maximum cap of $1 million per covered child for health benefits coverage under the Florida Healthy Kids program.

Eliminates the requirement that health benefits coverage obtained under sections 409.810-409.820 must include a lifetime maximum limit on covered expenses.

Conforming cross-reference change: renumbers subsection (u) to (t) in section 409.815, F.S., to account for removal of the lifetime maximum provision.

Maintains that health benefits coverage may still include additional benefits beyond minimum requirements and may extend other limitations as desired.

Effective upon becoming law.
