Establishes the Independent Living Task Force within the Florida Housing Finance Corporation to develop and evaluate policy proposals for incentivizing affordable housing for individuals with disabilities within mixed-use developments.

Defines "disability" according to 42 U.S.C. § 12102(1) and requires special consideration for individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness.

Task force membership includes directors from seven state agencies, one gubernatorial appointee, and 18 representatives from housing, disability advocacy, and development organizations.

Task force shall identify policy barriers and opportunities, recommend modifications to existing laws, suggest financial and regulatory incentives, and propose funding mechanisms for accessible housing development.

Task force must submit a report to the Governor and Legislature by January 17, 2022, and expires January 31, 2022.
