Creates a public records exemption for information that could identify a minor petitioning a circuit court for a judicial waiver of parental consent requirements under Florida's Parental Notice of and Consent for Abortion Act.

Exempts identifying information held by circuit courts, appellate courts, the office of criminal conflict and civil regional counsel, and the Justice Administrative Commission from public disclosure under the Florida Constitution and Florida Statutes.

Cites protection of minor's privacy, safety, and reputation as the basis for the exemption, particularly in cases involving child abuse or sexual abuse.

Subjects the exemption to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and requires legislative reenactment to prevent automatic repeal on October 2, 2025.

Takes effect contingent upon SB 404 or similar legislation being adopted in the same legislative session and becoming law.
