Revises the types of workforce education programs that school district career centers are authorized to conduct under Florida Statutes section 1011.80

Allows school district career centers to conduct portions of associate in applied science or associate in science degree programs that contain occupational completion points conferring certificates or applied technology diplomas

Permits school district career centers to offer associate degree programs in nursing exclusively to graduates of licensed practical nursing programs offered by the same center

Maintains requirement that college credit in associate degrees may only be awarded by Florida College System institutions, with instruction subject to State Board of Education guidelines

Takes effect July 1, 2020
