Creates s. 718.129, F.S. to prohibit condominium associations from blocking law enforcement officers from parking assigned vehicles in areas where unit owners or their tenants, guests, or invitees may otherwise park.

Creates s. 719.131, F.S. to prohibit cooperative associations from blocking law enforcement officers from parking assigned vehicles in areas where unit owners or their tenants, guests, or invitees may otherwise park.

Creates s. 720.318, F.S. to prohibit homeowners' associations from blocking law enforcement officers from parking assigned vehicles in areas where parcel owners or their tenants, guests, or invitees may otherwise park.

Applies restrictions to law enforcement officers as defined in s. 943.10(1), F.S., whether they are owners, tenants, guests, or invitees of property within the association.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
