Prohibits health care practitioners from using the term "anesthesiologist" unless licensed as a physician (chapters 458 or 459) or dentist (chapter 466), and prohibits use of "dermatologist" unless licensed as a physician (chapters 458 or 459)

Requires health care practitioners to disclose their license type or specialty designation to patients through written notice, oral communication, or name tag, and mandates identification in all advertisements for health care services

Authorizes the Department of Health to enforce specialty designation requirements and issue emergency cease and desist orders to practitioners violating these prohibitions

Imposes escalating penalties for violations including citations with daily fines, reprimands, letters of concern, and license suspension if practitioners do not immediately comply with cease and desist orders

Establishes administrative penalties up to $10,000 per violation, with mandatory $10,000 fines for fraud or false representations related to specialty designations
