Prohibits charter school applicants, owners, presidents, superintendents, principals, and governing board members from submitting new charter school applications for 5 years if their charter is not renewed, terminated, or the school closes voluntarily within 1 year of opening (with exception for consolidations).

Extends the prohibition to relatives of the listed individuals for the same 5-year period following charter non-renewal, termination, or early closure.

Imposes a 10-year prohibition on applying for, operating, or managing a charter school for individuals convicted of crimes related to charter school operations, including fraud or financial offenses, and their relatives.

Applies the 10-year prohibition to charter management organizations and education management organizations convicted of related crimes.

Defines "relative" using the same definition specified in Florida Statute section 1002.33(24)(a)2, effective July 1, 2020.
