Amends Florida's husband-wife privilege statute to eliminate the privilege for communications between spouses concerning child abuse, aggravated child abuse, or child neglect in civil or criminal proceedings.

Removes privilege protection for spousal communications involving child pornography, human trafficking of a child, sexual abuse of a child, or any unlawful sexual act with a child.

Eliminates privilege for communications related to violations of chapters 39, 782, 784, 787, 794, 796, 800, 826, 827, or 847 of Florida Statutes when involving a child.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
