Amends Florida law to prohibit fishing, camping, and lawful hunting activities within 1,500 feet of schools, houses of worship, government buildings, or guarded beaches.

Clarifies that persons engaged in these hunting, fishing, and camping activities may still own and possess firearms and ammunition for these purposes, but only outside the specified 1,500-foot buffer zones.

Makes technical corrections to statute references and punctuation in the list of lawful uses for firearm possession under Florida Statute 790.25.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
