Adds height and weight as protected classes under Florida's Civil Rights Act, prohibiting discrimination based on these characteristics in employment, public accommodations, public lodging, and food service establishments.

Expands the Florida Commission on Human Relations' mandate to promote fair treatment and equal opportunity regardless of height or weight.

Creates civil and administrative remedies for violations of height and weight discrimination provisions, allowing complaints to be filed within 365 days of the alleged violation.

Applies height and weight protections to employment practices including hiring, compensation, terms and conditions of employment, employment agency referrals, labor organization membership, occupational licensing, and certification.

Includes a bona fide occupational qualification exception allowing employers to discriminate based on height or weight when reasonably necessary for job performance.
