Mandates pharmacists notify the patient's primary care provider within 2 business days of testing or treatment and follow up with patients 3 days after treatment to assess improvement

Limits supervising physicians to protocols with pharmacists at no more than four pharmacy locations and requires physicians to be actively practicing primary care in the same community
