Reduces the penalty for threatening to throw, project, place, or discharge a destructive device with intent to cause bodily harm or property damage from a second-degree felony to a third-degree felony

Creates a new third-degree felony for threatening to use a firearm or weapon at child care facilities, schools, religious institutions, theme park complexes, or government buildings with intent to cause bodily harm or property damage, if the threat would cause alarm in a reasonable person

Provides an exception for lawful self-defense, defense of others, or defense of property when using or threatening to use a firearm or weapon

Expands the definition of "violence" for purposes of obtaining protective injunctions to include cyberstalking

Broadens the definition of "cyberstalk" to include posting content about a specific person on internet websites, blogs, or social networks, even if visible to other users, when it causes substantial emotional distress and serves no legitimate purpose
