Creates section 553.843, Florida Statutes, regulating interior building envelope insulation products

Makes it a violation of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act to advertise, sell, offer, provide, distribute, or market interior building envelope insulation without a valid ASTM test report from a commission-approved testing laboratory

Requires the test report to demonstrate compliance with both the corresponding ASTM standard for the product and the Florida Building Code

Mandates that sellers provide the test report to local building officials upon request

Effective date: July 1, 2020
