Creates a public records exemption making personal identifying information of applicants for president of a state university or Florida College System institution confidential and exempt from disclosure

Requires that personal identifying information of final group applicants become public at least 21 days before any interview or final vote on employment

Exempts from public meeting requirements any portion of meetings held to identify or vet presidential applicants, but requires a complete recording of all closed meeting portions

Maintains public meeting requirements for meetings establishing position qualifications, compensation frameworks, or conducting interviews and final votes on candidates

Subject to Open Government Sunset Review with automatic repeal on October 2, 2025, unless reenacted by the Legislature
