Creates an exemption from Florida physician licensing requirements (chapters 458 and 459) for physicians employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs who treat veterans in Florida

Requires exempt physicians to hold an active, unencumbered medical license from another state, the District of Columbia, or U.S. territory

Limits the exemption to physicians who only provide medical services to veterans, through VA employment, and in hospitals licensed under chapter 395

Requires physicians seeking the exemption to submit proof of out-of-state licensure, VA employment, and an attestation of compliance to the Department of Health

Department of Health must notify physicians of their exemption status within 15 business days of receiving required documentation
