For-profit eye banks are prohibited from directly or indirectly procuring eyes, corneas, eye tissue, or corneal tissue for use in live-cell corneal transplantation

Licensed hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, and district medical examiners are exempt from the for-profit eye bank procurement restrictions

For-profit corporations and their employees remain prohibited from transferring or arranging transfers of human body parts for valuable consideration

Knowing offers to purchase, sell, or transfer human organs or tissue for valuable consideration remain prohibited
