Adds a 0.3 full-time equivalent (FTE) student membership calculation for each student who earns a College Board Advanced Placement Capstone Diploma and meets standard high school diploma requirements

Maintains existing 0.16 FTE calculation for students scoring 3 or higher on AP exams, with the new Capstone Diploma bonus being additional funding

Additional FTE membership generated by AP Capstone Diplomas is added to basic programs funding for grades 9-12 in the subsequent fiscal year

At least 80% of funds generated through advanced placement instruction must be allocated to the high school that generates them

Effective date of July 1, 2020
