Amends Florida Statute 800.03 to explicitly include "clothing-optional beaches" as places set apart where public nudity is permitted and does not violate indecent exposure laws

Maintains that exposing sexual organs in public or on private premises in a vulgar or indecent manner remains a first-degree misdemeanor under sections 775.082 or 775.083

Preserves the existing protection for breastfeeding mothers, clarifying they do not violate the statute under any circumstances

Reorganizes the statute into two subsections for clarity: subsection (1) defining the offense and exceptions, subsection (2) establishing penalties

Effective date of July 1, 2020
