Requires the Florida Talent Development Council to submit a report by December 1, 2020, on the feasibility of establishing a Pathways in Technology Early College High School (P-TECH) program in Florida

P-TECH is defined as a flexible 6-year integrated model combining secondary education, postsecondary education, workforce education, and work experience

Report must include a school model allowing students to earn a high school diploma, associate degree, industry certifications, and work experience within 6 years of starting 9th grade

Recommendations must address funding models ensuring no cost to students, open enrollment policies encouraging diversity and inclusion of low-income and first-generation college students, and modifications to school accountability requirements

Report must also cover industry partnerships for work-based training and internships, student support services including mentoring and flexible scheduling, and articulation with Florida postsecondary institutions
