Exempts from public records the home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, and photographs of current and former commissioners and certain personnel of the Florida Commission on Offender Review whose duties involve parole decisions, hearings, or investigating post-incarceration supervised release violations

Extends the exemption to cover the names, home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, photographs, and places of employment of spouses and children of covered commissioners and personnel

Protects the names and locations of schools and day care facilities attended by children of covered commissioners and personnel

Applies retroactively to information held by agencies before, on, or after the effective date of the exemption

Subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and will stand repealed on October 2, 2025, unless reenacted by the Legislature
