Maintains existing requirements that attendant care must be prescribed in writing by a physician, specifying time periods, level of care, and type of assistance needed

Preserves compensation rules for family members providing nonprofessional attendant care: federal minimum wage for non-working hours, or hourly rate matching their employment (capped at community rates), with a maximum of 12 hours per day total

Reenacts s. 440.134(16) regarding workers' compensation managed care arrangements to incorporate the nurse registry amendment
