Creates statewide license portability for "noncontractor job scope" work, allowing individuals with a valid local license to work in any Florida county or municipality without obtaining additional licenses, exams, or fees

Defines noncontractor job scope to include trades such as awnings, cabinetry, carpentry, drywall, fencing, flooring, garage doors, gutters, hurricane shutters, insulation, irrigation, landscaping, masonry, painting, and similar work on real property

Requires licensees working outside their original jurisdiction to provide consumers with information to verify their license status through the state's licensing information system

Grants local governments disciplinary authority over out-of-jurisdiction licensees, including suspension or revocation of the ability to work locally, with requirements to forward disciplinary orders to the original licensing jurisdiction

Requires the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to create and maintain an online local licensing information system, with local governments required to submit licensee data at least monthly
