Adds green iguanas (Iguana iguana) and black and white tegus (Salvator merianae) to Florida's list of prohibited reptile species that cannot be kept, possessed, imported, sold, bartered, traded, or bred for personal use

Permit holders may only possess green iguanas or black and white tegus for the purpose of out-of-state sales, not personal use

Requires the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to establish rules for the capture, purchase, inventory, and sale of all green iguanas and black and white tegus

Maintains existing prohibitions on Burmese pythons, reticulated pythons, African pythons, amethystine pythons, green anacondas, and Nile monitors

Effective date of July 1, 2020
