Creates public records exemption for physicians' personal identifying information (except name, licensure status, and licensure number) obtained from the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact's coordinated information system and held by the Department of Health, Board of Medicine, or Board of Osteopathic Medicine

Exempts meetings of the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Commission from public meeting requirements when discussing internal personnel practices, federally exempt information, trade secrets, criminal accusations, personal privacy matters, law enforcement records, or civil litigation

Makes recordings, minutes, and records from closed commission meetings exempt from public records requirements

Exemptions are subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and will automatically repeal on October 2, 2025, unless reenacted by the Legislature

Effective date is contingent on passage of SB 926 (the underlying Interstate Medical Licensure Compact legislation) in the same legislative session
