Repeals Section 741.212, Florida Statutes, which prohibited recognition of same-sex marriages performed in Florida, other states, or foreign jurisdictions

Removes the statutory definition of "marriage" that limited it to a legal union between one man and one woman

Eliminates the prohibition on giving effect to public acts, records, or judicial proceedings from other jurisdictions regarding marriages not previously recognized in Florida

Directs the Division of Law Revision to prepare a reviser's bill for the 2021 Regular Session to replace "husband" and "wife" with "spouse," "husband and wife" with "spouses," and "husband or wife" with "either spouse" throughout Florida Statutes

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
