Increases criminal penalties for exposure of sexual organs from a first-degree misdemeanor to a third-degree felony for second or subsequent offenses

Defines unlawful exposure as exposing sexual organs in public, on another's private premises, or being naked in public in a vulgar or indecent manner

Exempts mothers breastfeeding and individuals who are naked at places specifically designated for that purpose (such as nudist facilities)

Authorizes law enforcement officers to make warrantless arrests when they have probable cause to believe someone has violated the exposure of sexual organs statute

Effective date of October 1, 2020
