Expands accepted licensure examinations for dentists and dental hygienists in Florida to include the Western Regional Examining Board (WREB) examination in addition to the American Dental Licensing Examination (ADEX)

Requires the Florida Board of Dentistry to maintain representation on the boards and examination development committees of both ADEX and WREB to ensure examination standards

Allows applicants to submit passing scores from ADEX or WREB examinations taken in other jurisdictions after October 1, 2011, with scores valid for 365 days after publication of results

Permits recognition of examination scores older than 365 days if applicants meet additional requirements including holding an active license in good standing, demonstrating 5 years of full-time practice (minimum 1,200 hours per year), and completing continuing education

Sets nonrefundable application fee cap at $100 and examination fee cap at $425 plus actual per-applicant costs for purchasing examinations from ADEX and WREB

Effective date of July 1, 2020
