Creates "Allie's Law" establishing legal protections for reporting animal cruelty in Florida

Defines "treatment provider" broadly to include animal care facilities, animal hospitals, veterinary practices, animal shelters, veterinary schools, and any location where dogs or cats receive treatment

Grants immunity from criminal and civil liability to treatment providers, employees, and volunteers who report suspected animal cruelty to law enforcement or animal control agencies in good faith

Makes knowingly altering or destroying medical records to conceal cruelty to a dog or cat a first-degree misdemeanor

Effective date of July 1, 2020
