Exempts building plans, blueprints, schematic drawings, and diagrams depicting structural elements of 911, E911, or public safety radio communication infrastructure (towers, antennae, equipment, facilities) owned by agencies from public records requirements

Exempts geographical maps showing actual or proposed locations of 911, E911, or public safety radio communication system infrastructure from public disclosure

Closes portions of public meetings that would reveal these exempt documents and maps; requires recording and transcription of closed portions, which are confidential unless a court determines non-exempt information was discussed

Permits disclosure to other governmental entities performing official duties, licensed architects/engineers/contractors working on the systems, or upon court order showing good cause

Subject to Open Government Sunset Review with automatic repeal on October 2, 2025, unless reenacted by the Legislature
