Adds firefighters to the list of protected personnel under Florida's enhanced murder penalty statute, alongside law enforcement officers, correctional officers, and correctional probation officers

Mandates life imprisonment without eligibility for release for defendants convicted of first, second, or third degree murder, attempted murder, or attempted felony murder when the victim is a firefighter performing legal duties

Defines "firefighter" using the existing definition in Florida Statute 633.102
