Amends Florida Statute 800.04 to expand the definition of lewd or lascivious exhibition committed against victims under 16 years of age

Changes the location requirement from "in the presence of" a victim to "in the victim's immediate vicinity," removing the need for the victim to be aware of the conduct

Maintains existing penalties: second degree felony for offenders 18 years or older, third degree felony for offenders under 18

Effective date: October 1, 2020
