Requires private schools participating in state scholarship programs to adopt bullying and harassment policies that comply with the same definitions, responsibilities, and protections required of public schools under s. 1006.147

Mandates private schools report bullying and harassment incidents to the Department of Education, which must include this data in annual accountability reports

Expands information private schools must publish on their website and provide to parents to include the code of student conduct, ethical conduct policies, and bullying/harassment policies

Requires school principals or designees to meet with students and parents before enrollment to review academic programs, attendance policies, code of conduct, and bullying/harassment policies

Authorizes the Department of Education to suspend scholarship funds and prohibit new scholarship student enrollment for schools that knowingly fail to comply with these requirements
