Makes nonjudicial arrest records of minors who successfully completed a diversion program confidential and exempt from public records requirements when those records are sealed or expunged under section 943.0582, F.S.

Allows the confidential records to be accessed by criminal justice agencies only for specified purposes

Applies retroactively to records held by the department before, on, or after July 1, 2020

Subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and will be repealed on October 2, 2025, unless reenacted by the Legislature

Contingent effective date tied to the passage of SB 700 or similar legislation in the same legislative session
