Requires vendors selling agricultural commodities to school districts under the Florida Farm to School Program to provide invoices in a sortable format beginning July 1, 2020

Invoices must include the producing facility name, FIPS code identifying county and state location, commodity type, weight or volume delivered, and total value

District school boards must submit vendor invoice information monthly to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services for inclusion in a state database

Department must submit an annual report by September 1 to legislative leadership summarizing purchases by school district, including total weight/volume, percentage of each commodity purchased, and costs to the state

Authorizes the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to adopt rules to implement the new tracking and reporting requirements
